These terms apply to all yacht charters booked with Luxury Yachts Abu Dhabi. By confirming a booking, you agree to them.
1. Bookings and Confirmation
Bookings are made through WhatsApp or by phone. A booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation on WhatsApp with the yacht, date, start time and number of hours. Please check these details and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
2. Prices and Payment
- All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED).
- Prices are per hour for the whole yacht, not per person.
- Each yacht has a minimum booking time, shown on its page (2 hours for most yachts, 4 hours for the Azure Star).
- Payment is made by card, or with Tabby or Tamara, using the payment link we send on WhatsApp.
- Extras such as decoration, cakes and food are quoted separately on request.
3. Guest Identification
Every guest, including children, must bring an original passport or Emirates ID. Guests without valid identification may not be allowed to board.
4. Guest Limits
Each yacht has a maximum number of guests, shown on its page. This limit is set for safety and cannot be exceeded. Please tell us your full guest count when booking so we can confirm a suitable yacht.
5. Meeting Point and Timing
The meeting point is shared on WhatsApp after booking. Please arrive before your start time so you can board on schedule. The charter runs for the hours confirmed in your booking.
6. Safety, Weather and the Captain’s Decisions
The safety of guests and crew is our priority. The captain is responsible for the yacht and has the final decision on the route, the speed, the areas visited and whether it is safe to sail. If weather or sea conditions are not safe, the captain may delay the departure, change the route or return early. Our team will contact you on WhatsApp to discuss the options.
7. Conduct on Board
- Guests must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times.
- Guests must respect UAE laws and local customs while on board.
- Illegal items and dangerous behaviour are not allowed. The captain may end the trip if the safety of guests, crew or the yacht is at risk.
- Children must be supervised by an adult throughout the trip.
- Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the yacht or its equipment.
8. Extras
Decoration, cakes, food and other extras are arranged on request and confirmed on WhatsApp before your trip.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies.
